- For stays of more than 4 nights, a 50% deposit of the total stay value is charged.
- The deposit paid is non-refundable. In case of cancellation or no-show on the booking date, the deposit is forfeited.
- If an unforeseen situation arises, the stay may be rescheduled, with prior notice and subject to availability.

Our Story
A Home Among the Firs
The guesthouse sits on the border between two historic provinces, Transylvania and Muntenia (Wallachia). Predeal is a ski resort with a summer toboggan run and mountain trails. Heading from Predeal toward Sinaia begins the Prahova Valley, while from Predeal toward Brașov stretches the Timiș Valley with remarkable mountain trails (Tamina Waterfall and the 7 Ladders Canyon) — hence the name of our guesthouse, TIMIȘ VALLEY. Eni & Dan will make sure that throughout your stay, you feel right at home.
Timișu de Sus is the ideal starting point for Brașov and its surroundings (Tâmpa, Poiana Brașov, Râșnov Fortress and Dino Park, Bran Castle, Moeciu, etc.), Predeal, Azuga, Bușteni (Bucegi Mountains), Sinaia (Peleș and Pelișor Castles, Cantacuzino Castle, and onward to Ialomița Cave in the Bucegi via the Transbucegi road), the Saxon Fortified Churches (Prejmer, Hărman, Sânpetru, Hălchiu), and Feldioara Fortress.
